(1) The consumer organization shall update the records including the balance of its funds in such a way as to show the service fee to be paid by the consumer for using the service provided by the consumer, including the maintenance expenses.
(2) Within three months from the end of the financial year, the consumer organization shall submit a report containing the financial statement of the consumer organization and the full details of the services provided to the consumer in that financial year before the concerned irrigation office.
